The global popularity of the brand grew tremendously when Nike popped out with its all-time top-selling signature basketball shoe only selling a specific amount of them, and in turn the shoe becoming a collectable item. Air Jordan right now sponsors more than a handful of NBA players which include Dwayne Wade, Chris Paul, Ray Allen, and Carmello Anthony who also endorses the Nike Air Jordan products. After more than a decade of sales of the shoe along with marketing campaigns over the years, Air Jordan 2012 is the most recent design on the sneaker market and has been promoted immensely.
